Is it you

Six sentences we hear on every first call.

If two or more are things you've said out loud this month, keep reading. If none are, we're probably not who you need.

I don't really know what my team is doing right now.

The schedule lives in WhatsApp, a spreadsheet, and somebody's head.

Customers leave and I find out when they stop paying.

No early warning, no follow-up, no idea what went wrong.

Marketing is whatever someone remembers to post.

Enquiries arrive and go cold before anyone replies.

My best people spend half the day on paperwork.

Invoices, rosters, reports, chasing — every single day.

I can't afford an ops team and a marketing team.

Every extra hire eats the margin you were trying to grow.

I looked at AI. Every quote was too expensive.

Big setup fees, long contracts, no clear return.

Then this was built for you.

Big enough to feel the pain, small enough that every rupee of margin matters.

What we build

One partner for every automation in your company.

We don't sell one product. We look at how your company runs, then build whatever removes the most cost — AI employees, dashboards, bots, or all of it.

Who we build for

Cleaning is one example. The same three problems — plan the work, keep the customers, cut the admin — repeat almost everywhere.

Facility & cleaning — rosters, routing, renewals Clinics & dental — appointments, no-show recovery Logistics & fleet — trips, drivers, delivery updates Construction & trades — site schedules, materials, billing Retail chains — stock alerts, rosters, win-backs Agencies & studios — client updates, timesheets, retainers Manufacturing — orders, vendors, production reports Real estate — lead response, site visits, renewals

How it goes

Four steps — and you can stop after the first.

The audit is free and useful on its own. Plenty of owners take the findings and fix two things themselves. That's fine.

Step 1

The audit

A day inside your operation. We come back with the tasks costing you the most, ranked.

Step 2

The number

What we'd automate, what it costs, what it saves. You decide on arithmetic, not a pitch.

Step 3

The build

Connected to your existing tools, your crew shown how it works. First automation live in about three weeks.

Step 4

The next one

We watch it, fix it, then automate the next area — paid for by the savings from the last.

Straight answers

What owners ask before they say yes.

Is this actually affordable for a company my size?
That question is the reason StackOpe exists. We build on efficient models and the tools you already pay for, so the monthly cost sits well below what the manual work was costing. The audit puts a number on the saving before you commit to anything — and if the number doesn't justify the work, we'll say so rather than sell you something.
What exactly is an AI employee?
A digital team member built for one role — sales follow-up, support, finance admin, operations. Each morning it plans its day, then works through it inside your existing tools. It checks in during the day, asks before anything sensitive, and files a report each evening with tomorrow's draft plan. You approve; it executes.
Will this cost people their jobs?
It takes the dullest part of their work, not the work. Data entry, coordination and chasing come off their plate so the same team handles more customers and more revenue. Most of our clients grow output without growing headcount — that gap is exactly where the extra margin comes from.
Do we have to change our software or retrain the team?
No. We build around WhatsApp, Excel, your CRM and your accounting tool. Your staff keep working the way they do today and the automation runs underneath. If we build you a dashboard, it's designed so an owner can read it on a phone with no training.
How long before anything changes?
The audit is one conversation and a day of looking. The first automation typically goes live in about three weeks. We start with whatever saves the most money, so it begins paying for itself before the rest is finished.
Where does our data go?
It stays in your own accounts and systems. We build automations around them rather than moving everything somewhere new, and each automation gets access only to what its job requires. We'll sign an NDA before the audit if you'd like one.
We tried automation before and it failed.
Common, and usually for one of two reasons: it was built as a rigid tool instead of around how the business actually runs, or nobody maintained it after launch. We start from your daily reality, keep a person in the loop for decisions, and stay responsible for the system afterwards. If an automation stops earning its cost, we change it or turn it off.
